NISTI Conducts First Follow-up and Progress Evaluation of Technical Solutions for Smoked Fish Processing

Phnom Penh, October 8, 2026

The working team of the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) held an online meeting to follow up on progress and provide further technical consultation on the implementation of technical solutions for a smoked fish processing enterprise.

The follow-up focused on clarifying the findings and recommendations of the technical solutions and evaluating progress in their implementation. The consultation aimed to improve the quality and safety of processed food products through better raw material selection, processing methods, packaging material selection and techniques, and appropriate storage conditions for finished products.
